Everyday living can bring the unexpected. Our Protection Plan provides added coverage beyond the standard manufacturing warranty, helping protect your furniture against accidental damage for 24 months.
What does it cover?
The plan covers accidental damage that is not normally included in a standard manufacturing warranty — such as children coloring on a dining table, pet scratches on a sofa, or nail polish damaging a table surface. If the item cannot be repaired, replacement may be provided following inspection.

Terms & Conditions
- Coverage begins on the date the product is received.
- If an identical replacement is unavailable, the customer will be notified and the value will be calculated as purchase credit.
- The Protection Plan cannot be canceled after the product has been received.
- Outlet, Liquidation, and Auction products are not eligible for Protection Plan coverage.
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase the Protection Plan.
- If the Protection Plan is not used within 24 months, the amount paid for the plan will be returned to the customer’s wallet as purchase credit, valid for one year from the refund date.
- Repair and replacement fees apply according to the Protection Plan terms and conditions, and service fees may apply.
- All prices include VAT.

ماذا تغطي الخطة؟
تغطي الخطة الأضرار العرضية التي لا يشملها عادةً ضمان التصنيع القياسي، مثل قيام الأطفال بالرسم على طاولة الطعام، أو خدوش الحيوانات الأليفة على الأريكة، أو تلف سطح الطاولة بسبب طلاء الأظافر. وإذا تعذر إصلاح المنتج، فقد يتم استبداله بعد الفحص.

الشروط والأحكام
- تبدأ التغطية من تاريخ استلام المنتج.
- إذا لم يتوفر منتج مطابق للاستبدال، فسيتم إخطار العميل، ويتم احتساب القيمة كرَصيد للشراء.
- لا يمكن إلغاء خطة الحماية بعد استلام المنتج.
- منتجات الأوتلت والتصفية والمزاد غير مؤهلة للتغطية ضمن خطة الحماية.
- لا يمكن استخدام القسائم لشراء خطة الحماية.
- إذا لم يتم استخدام خطة الحماية خلال 24 شهرًا، فسيتم إعادة المبلغ المدفوع مقابل الخطة إلى محفظة العميل كرَصيد للشراء، صالح لمدة سنة واحدة من تاريخ الاسترداد.
- تطبق رسوم الإصلاح والاستبدال وفقًا لشروط وأحكام خطة الحماية، وقد يتم تطبيق رسوم خدمة.
- جميع الأسعار تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
