Clear terms for every offer.

We want every Roots offer to be easy to understand. Here you’ll find current promotions together with the terms that apply to discount codes, vouchers, and gift cards.

Roots Furniture is part of Al Rugaib Furniture and follows the same discount, voucher, and gift-card policies. Individual promotions may include additional validity periods, product exclusions, brand exclusions, or redemption requirements.

National Day 2026

SAR 1,000 Voucher

Spend SAR 5,000 or more and receive a SAR 1,000 voucher toward your next eligible purchase.

Minimum qualifying purchase: SAR 5,000 including VAT.
Voucher activates 7 days after the qualifying invoice.
Valid for 14 days from activation.
Minimum redemption purchase: SAR 2,000.
One-time use only.
Must be redeemed using the same customer account.
Cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes.

Home Decor Offer

SAR 100 Home Decor Voucher

Receive a SAR 100 voucher and redeem it on eligible Home Decor Accessories.

One SAR 100 voucher per qualifying purchase.
Minimum redemption purchase: SAR 200.
Eligible Home Decor Accessories only.
Valid for 14 days from activation.
One-time use only.
Must be used through the same customer account.
Cannot be combined with another promotion or discount code.

A welcome discount for customers placing their first order through the Al Rugaib Furniture app.

Applies to the first app order.
Maximum discount: SAR 100.

An additional discount available on eligible purchases through Al Rugaib Furniture and Ashley HomeStore.

Available online and at participating showrooms.
Maximum eligible invoice amount: SAR 4,000.
Maximum discount: SAR 600.
If the invoice exceeds SAR 6,000, the discount remains capped at SAR 600.
Excluded brands apply.
Customers using this code are not eligible to receive a voucher.

Customer Benefit

Birthday Discount

A special benefit for eligible customers during their birthday period.

SAR 100 discount.
Minimum purchase: SAR 500.
Automatically applied to eligible customers.
Valid for 90 days from issuance.
Customers using the birthday discount cannot receive a voucher on that purchase.

Returning Customer

SAR 300 Second-Purchase Offer

Eligible returning Al Rugaib customers receive a discount on their second purchase.

SAR 300 discount.
Minimum purchase: SAR 3,000.
Available to qualifying returning customers.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be combined with purchase vouchers.
Only one discount code may be applied to the same invoice.
Customers who use a discount code are not eligible to receive or redeem a voucher on the same purchase.
Individual codes may have their own validity period, minimum spend, maximum discount, eligible products, or brand exclusions.

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for one-time use only.
The full voucher value must be redeemed in one transaction and cannot be divided between multiple orders.
If the order value is higher than the voucher value, the customer must pay the remaining amount.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Vouchers are non-transferable.
Vouchers may not apply to third-party brands or excluded products.
Vouchers cannot be combined with promotions, discounts, or other coupon codes.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific campaign, voucher validity is determined by the terms provided when issued.

Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Gift Cards may be used at Al Rugaib Furniture and Ashley HomeStore showrooms and through eligible online channels.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
Gift Cards are valid for one-time use for their full value. Partial redemption is not permitted.
If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card value, the customer must pay the difference.
Unused Gift Card balances are not refundable.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed Gift Cards will not be replaced or compensated.
Issued Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Expired Gift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged, or refunded.
Products purchased using a Gift Card remain subject to the applicable return and exchange policy.

Campaign & Offer Terms

Individual promotions may include specific minimum purchase values, maximum discounts, participating stores, eligible product categories, excluded brands, stock requirements, or redemption periods. The terms shown with each campaign take priority for that particular offer.

Returns & Cancellations

If an original qualifying purchase is canceled, any voucher issued from that purchase may also be canceled.
If a voucher has already been used and the original qualifying purchase is later canceled or returned, the voucher value may be deducted from the refundable amount.
If a voucher is redeemed on a purchase that would otherwise qualify for another promotional voucher, an additional voucher may not be issued.
Promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated in the offer terms.

روتس للأثاث جزء من شركة الرقيب للأثاث، وتتبع سياسات الخصومات والقسائم وبطاقات الهدايا المعتمدة لدى الرقيب. وقد تتضمن بعض العروض فترات صلاحية إضافية، أو استثناءات لمنتجات أو علامات تجارية معينة، أو متطلبات خاصة للاستفادة من العرض.

العروض الحالية

أكواد الخصم

لا يمكن دمج أكواد الخصم مع قسائم الشراء.
يمكن تطبيق كود خصم واحد فقط على الفاتورة نفسها.
العملاء الذين يستخدمون كود خصم غير مؤهلين للحصول على قسيمة أو استخدامها في عملية الشراء نفسها.
قد يكون لكل كود فترة صلاحية خاصة به، وحد أدنى للشراء، وحد أقصى للخصم، ومنتجات مؤهلة، أو علامات تجارية مستثناة.

القسائم

القسائم صالحة للاستخدام مرة واحدة فقط.
يجب استخدام كامل قيمة القسيمة في معاملة واحدة، ولا يمكن تقسيمها بين عدة طلبات.
إذا كانت قيمة الطلب أعلى من قيمة القسيمة، يجب على العميل دفع المبلغ المتبقي.
لا يمكن استبدال القسائم نقدًا أو استرداد قيمتها.
القسائم غير قابلة للتحويل إلى شخص آخر.
قد لا تنطبق القسائم على العلامات التجارية التابعة لجهات خارجية أو المنتجات المستثناة.
لا يمكن دمج القسائم مع العروض أو الخصومات أو أكواد القسائم الأخرى.
ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك في حملة معينة، يتم تحديد مدة صلاحية القسيمة وفق الشروط المقدمة عند إصدارها.

بطاقات الهدايا

بطاقات الهدايا الإلكترونية صالحة لمدة 12 شهرًا من تاريخ الإصدار.
يمكن استخدام بطاقات الهدايا في معارض الرقيب للأثاث وآشلي هوم ستور، وكذلك من خلال القنوات الإلكترونية المؤهلة.
لا يمكن استبدال بطاقات الهدايا نقدًا، سواء بشكل كامل أو جزئي.
بطاقات الهدايا صالحة للاستخدام مرة واحدة بكامل قيمتها، ولا يُسمح بالاستخدام الجزئي.
إذا تجاوزت قيمة المشتريات قيمة بطاقة الهدية، يجب على العميل دفع الفرق.
الأرصدة غير المستخدمة في بطاقة الهدية غير قابلة للاسترداد.
لن يتم استبدال أو تعويض بطاقات الهدايا المفقودة أو المسروقة أو التالفة أو المدمرة.
لا يمكن إرجاع بطاقات الهدايا التي تم إصدارها أو استرداد قيمتها.
لا يمكن تمديد صلاحية بطاقات الهدايا المنتهية، أو استبدالها، أو استرداد قيمتها.
تظل المنتجات التي يتم شراؤها باستخدام بطاقة هدية خاضعة لسياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال المعمول بها.

شروط الحملات والعروض

قد تتضمن العروض الفردية حدًا أدنى محددًا لقيمة الشراء، أو حدًا أقصى للخصم، أو معارض مشاركة، أو فئات منتجات مؤهلة، أو علامات تجارية مستثناة، أو متطلبات تتعلق بالمخزون، أو فترات محددة لاستخدام العرض. وتكون الشروط الموضحة مع كل حملة هي المعتمدة لذلك العرض تحديدًا.

الإرجاع والإلغاء

إذا تم إلغاء عملية الشراء الأصلية المؤهلة، فقد يتم أيضًا إلغاء أي قسيمة تم إصدارها نتيجة لتلك العملية.
إذا تم استخدام القسيمة بالفعل، ثم تم لاحقًا إلغاء أو إرجاع عملية الشراء الأصلية المؤهلة، فقد يتم خصم قيمة القسيمة من المبلغ القابل للاسترداد.
إذا تم استخدام قسيمة في عملية شراء كانت ستؤهل العميل للحصول على قسيمة ترويجية أخرى، فقد لا يتم إصدار قسيمة إضافية.
لا يمكن استبدال المزايا الترويجية نقدًا ما لم تنص شروط العرض تحديدًا على خلاف ذلك.
